1.) Where can I park my car?

Our house has parking spots for a maximum of 12 cars. Reservations are not possible. The costs are EUR 10.00 per car and day.

2.) How do I get to the Frankfurt International Airport from your hotel?

Take the S-Bahn 8 or 9 towards Wiesbaden/Mainz and get off at the Airport (3rd stop). The duration of this journey usually takes approximately 15 minutes.
Additionally, we can call you a taxi for a fixed rate of EUR 25.00.
The duration by taxi varies depending on traffic between 20 and 30 minutes.
The airport Frankfurt-Hahn can be reached hourly per coach at the Hauptbahnhof station just opposite the hotel. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours and single tickets costs EUR 12.00 per person.

3.) Can you book sightseeing tours and trips at your hotel?

We closely work together with a renowned provider for sightseeing in and around Frankfurt. We will be glad to help you in detail at our reception.

4.) Is it possible to deposit the baggage after check-out?

We will be happy to deposit your baggage until your final departure.

5.) How far is it to the fairgrounds?

The Messe Frankfurt is within easy reach and due to our central location you can get there on foot in 10 minutes. However you can also use the S-Bahn 3/4/5 and 6 or the tram 16. The duration of these journeys is approximately 3 minutes.

6.) Do you provide Wireless LAN access?

You have the possibility to purchase a 24h access for EUR 12.50. With this you can comfortably surf the internet throughout the house.

7.) Is it possible to check-in before 14.00h/ to check-out after 15.00h?

Upon agreement with our receptionists this is generally possible at extra charge. Please understand that this might not be realisable when strongly booked.
