All our guests are invited to use our internet terminals in our lobby free of charge. Furthermore, we provide a fax and photocopy service. Wireless LAN can be purchased at our reception for EUR 12.50 (24 hours).

The concierge service at the National tremendously exceeds the usual scope of duties such as wake-up calls, the booking of trips or the carriage of the baggage.

Internet

We try to achieve the impossible in order to fulfil your expectations: Tickets for sold-out shows or sports events, reservations at the hippest restaurants of Frankfurt or the preparation of eccentric and exotic food.
